Terms and Conditions – The Sisterhood

1. Overview
 The Sisterhood is a membership programme providing access to coaching resources, community, and group support. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment and Access

  • Membership is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis.

  • The annual option includes a discount equivalent to two months free.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew on the same billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless cancelled.

  • Access will begin on the advertised start date (this may be immediate or a specified future date).

  • No free trials are offered.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase.

  • After 14 days, no refunds are guaranteed, but requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time.

  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, after which access will cease.

4. What’s Included
 Your membership includes:

  • Access to a back catalogue of trainings

  • Regular group calls and sessions

  • Access to the community space

Your membership does not include:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • Private or personalised coaching support unless explicitly stated

5. Member Responsibilities

  • This is a coaching and educational service, not therapy, medical, or legal advice.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

  • Results are not guaranteed and depend on your engagement and implementation.

6. Community Conduct

  • Members are expected to engage in a respectful, professional, and constructive manner.

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Danielle Turton Ltd reserves the right to remove any member at its discretion for inappropriate conduct.

  • No refunds will be issued in cases of removal due to misconduct.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content within The Sisterhood is the intellectual property of Danielle Turton Coaching Ltd.

  • Materials may be downloaded for personal use only.

  • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.

8. Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Danielle Turton Ltd is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your participation.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) loss of income, business interruption, or personal outcomes.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

9. Changes to the Membership

  • We reserve the right to update or modify the content, structure, or delivery of The Sisterhood at any time.

  • Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

10. Access Platform (Skool)

Access to The Sisterhood is provided via a third-party platform (currently Skool).
We are not responsible for any temporary unavailability, technical issues, or platform outages relating to this service.

We reserve the right to change the platform used to deliver the membership at any time.

Access to the platform may be revoked if these Terms are breached.

11. Account Use and Login Sharing

Your membership is for your individual use only.

You may not share your login details or grant access to any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if we reasonably believe login details are being shared or misused.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Recording of Calls and Content

Group calls, workshops, and other sessions within The Sisterhood may be recorded.

By participating in these sessions, you consent to being recorded.

Recordings may be made available to other members as part of the membership content library.

13. Nature of Support (Community vs Coaching)

The Sisterhood provides general coaching, educational content, and peer community support.

Any responses, comments, or input provided within the community (including by Danielle Turton) are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute personalised 1:1 coaching, advice, or consultancy.

No individual outcomes or results are guaranteed.
